School, in 150 words or less, has changed a bit since I last did this. People are listening. Florida is taking standardized testing into the world of law. Classes like Algebra II and foreign language may no longer be required in the state of Michigan. New schools are popping up and gaining new attention. But right now, nothing in place has changed. Nobody has enforced the end of this system yet, and schools are still as terrible as they were when I last spoke. The CollegeBoard is eagerly trying to mask themselves as the good guys. But people are starting to notice. Which is a great first step.
